No mail delivery today, but getting this ongoing "new arrivals" topic ready for a new year.

Let's try something different this year though. Instead of a new monthly new arrival thread where past months disappear when the new month hits, let's just open one for the entire year (and beyond) and see what happens.

Here is to everyone adding some great items to their collections and sharing them with the group!

Good idea!

2 have connections to the Dodgers (Ward & Morgan), but will just share them here instead of the Dodgers thread. 15 1956 Topps signed cards. I might have all of them already, but can never get enough of these. My all-time favorite set design. Missing too many big names to ever complete the set, but for a while I was chasing any minor star and common. Even completing the Dodgers team set was impossible with Campy, Robinson, Hodges and Koufax representing financial irresponsibility at its finest if i had chased them.

Story 582 Montgomery Auto card. I continue to seek these out and buy them when I can find decent prices. I like the exclusiveness of the sets and the designs were mostly favorable.

Earl Thomas. Decided to chase some of the better Seahawks from the "later" days. My wheelhouse is the early Hawks teams through the 80s. Come to find out I already had a Thomas! Oh well. This is a decent one to have as a dupe.

2006 Topps Allen & Ginter Bazooka #314 Jim Thorpe /25

Thorpe remains the gold standard for pure athleticism. Even in the era of Ohtani, Thorpe’s legacy looms large a century later. He didn't just play three sports; he dominated them, proving his range as an Olympic gold medal winning decathlete.

For a legend of his stature, his card checklist is surprisingly thin. With only a few hundred cards in existence—many being unlicensed or "oddballs"—there are only about a dozen mainstream modern sets to choose from. After adding his 1955 Topps All-American football card recently, I wanted a modern piece that truly captured his essence.

This 2006 Allen & Ginter card is the perfect fit. As a tribute to the original 1887 "World's Champions" set, it launched the same year Thorpe was born. No athlete in the last 138 years better represents the multi-sport DNA of the A&G brand. It’s the first and only Topps A&G card in my personal collection.

2025 Topps Cyberstats Archives '95 Paul O'Neill Autograph

1995 was a lackluster year of cards after the strike, I really like the re-worked the 1995 Topps design here. Not much to say about this card, except how I can not pick this up as an O'Neill collector. I just wish they put some effort on creating the back of the card. The initial subset computer projected stats for the shortened 1994 season, a fitting concept at the time.

Grabbed this because I figured it was an oddball card you don't find easily. A Toyota Jersey retirement card. No card maker on the card, but its from 1994 based on the date shown and the Bears 75th Anniversary logo. Guessing it was perhaps a give away at the ceremony. Signature is a bonus.

Had been trying to win the 1971 Topps style Heritage V. Guerrero Jr auto with rookie trophy, but kept losing out. I moved on eventually to other things, but the 2025 WS reminded me that I really needed a Guerrero Jr auto. I settled on this as a filler, but still hope to get that Heritage one day.

It's /20 and styled after the 86 Donruss set, but logoless sucks some of the joy out of a card no matter how good it is otherwise, BUT it keeps them affordable. That is almost as important to me, so I settle.

McCovey Au from Virginia Lottery. These have little paper COAs from International Sports Marketing. Similar to the food issues of the 90s, but the COA is less impressive. I don't doubt the authenticity. Several in the set. I just missed McCovey when I got my others. Also picked up another Snider.

A couple mid 70s RC Cola oddball fun items. Would really like to complete both sets. Missing 4 sheets (5 if you count the Yanks, that I have cut apart) of the transfers and 22 of the cans. Have the smaller set of 70 cans with the square name plates. This set is 100 with the baseball name plates. Shipping is a downer for these, so would like to find someone with all that I need still! The transfer sheets seldom show up for sale and especially the ones I still need, loaded with key players who are extremely popular:
Angels
Reds
Red Sox
Royals
Yankees
