Because beckett will only grade them if there in these certain cases.

Not a true statement.....while Beckett will not open screw down holder to remove a card for grading, you can mail in your cards for grading in just about anything else....even a ziplock bag for all Beckett cares.

I would be tempted to break it out and resubmit raw with a min grade of a nine. That way you have a better shot at possibly getting higher since you have taken the raw grade of a 9 out of the equation.......personally to me just looking at the scan it looks to AT LEAST a 9..
