Similar sluggers, but Alonso is a better overall hitter. Their strikeout rates aren't that much different, so my guess is that Kingman would chase out of the zone more than Alonso and produce weak contact. Kingman's AVG and OBP are not good. Had a great career though. -

Value question…97 Topps Embossed Gold Refractor
There is one on COMC for $7.75. There seems to be a fair amount of players available out there, so seems about right. Strike that, those are regular golds, not the refractor. I have no idea. -

What?!?!? I have had the 1990 Publication International for thirty years and never noticed that Puckett. Of course I had to scrutinize every sheet to see what else I missed. There is a good Kruk, but that is about it except maybe a very blurry Hojo behind a pitcher at 3B. -
