1998 Pacific Revolution question

I have been purchasing some 1980s and 1990s star cards from Sportlots to add to my pricelists. I guess most collectors have these cards, but I have never owned any of the them. Some very cool stuff. Anyways, I picked up some Will Clarks and got a couple of the 1998 Pacific Revolutions and noticed that one of them had etching on the front. On the back it is serial numbered to /99, so I believe it is from the 1998 Pacific Revoluion Shadow Series. I contacted the seller, but I wanted to try and figure out a fair price to offer him. There are not alot for sale on COMC, EBAY or SPORTLOTS. Is this a $5, $10, $or 20 card?

Will Clark 99s and 00s Pacific sell really good. Just looking at comparable cards, even the #'d/299 or /199 are sold $20 cards min. This for sure is a $20+ card. Maybe a $30-$40 card.
