I remember this as well. The 2nd year cards for Griffey and Thomas always sold for @$3-$4 and even more depending upon the price of the set it came out of. I remember when these cards came out that I would want a RC, 2nd Yr, 3rd Yr etc. I really think this is why there are so many people with...
There are 3 versions of this card? Is there a regular best cuts (Non-refractor?) If so I haven't seen one of those ever...Do you have scans of these cards, and any ideas on the values?
I will dig through my older football collection and let you know, I do know that I have a 1999 Skybox Autographics Red Foil Auto and a Topps Chrome Refractor RC...I'll see what else I might have and let you know if a few days when I have time to sort through my stuff.
I have a 1999 Skybox Autographics Purple/Red Foil Kearse Auto RC that isn't numbered? Aren't these supposed to be hand numbered to 50? Anyone else have any of the un-numbered ones?
thanks for the updates guys, and Ryan I love the Mike Brown Banner...was one of my favorites when he was a Bear (I still have the NFC Division Playoff Ticket with Mike Brown's photo on it from going to that game). I'm open to PM'd offers on the card before I decide if I want to move it or not.
Anybody know what cards Will Clark has in the 1995 Retail Series II Predictors set...I have one that is R51 but can't seem to find out anymore information on it as most people don't have that card number associated with Clark.
I was going thru and old post thread from 2011 that stated that some of the toughest cards for player collectors is the 1995 Upper Deck Retail Series II Redeemed Predictors...Which I think is any predictor numbered R31-R60 and containing the silver foli front??? Is this still the case? and what...
I have a few of these cards as well, just thought it was an uncorrected printing error. I don't remember who they players cards were but I know that I have at least 3 or 4 of these cards. I think they came from Blasters at Target if I recall correctly.
very undervalued cards...stated print run of less than 10% of the total produced, you would think these cards would be in high demand. Problem is that most collectors don't know about them. They offered them in Football, Bowman Baseball and Basketball and still little demand. I would hold...
thanks for the info not sure what I want to do with it as I don't collect Glaus anymore (since 1998 anyway) and I don't think their is much of a market for his cards.
Hi all,
Quick question, I was just sorting thru a box of cards and came across a 1998 Topps Tek Troy Glaus RC PSA9 that is a Diffractor and not a normal card but it's not slabbed that way? I know that this card was probably submitted in 1998 so did they not list diffractors at this time? or...
Dont forget about the High Numbered cards as well, those still sell well for most sets even the commons. Also take a look at the PSA registry as it might be worth it to grade a common in great shape and sell it that way. Just my .02 cents
