2010 "1990" ud stamped anniversary buy backs?
Just one man's opinion, but I'd say throw them out on eBay at $.99 a piece for 7 days and let the market dictate the price. You should do quite well with them I would think, proving that they are actually real and what not. -

Quality penny sleeves from Ultra Pro and BCW are inert and archival safe. Granted so are their binder pages, but when it comes to a signature, I'd prefer to take my chances with a penny sleeve and a Top Load over a Binder Page that could have a lot of extra weight put on top of it by other... -

That's what I do, after having sent them a message through eBay first highlighting the advantage and savings of the combined shipping discount. Best for everyone involved, and it makes you look like an interested, considerate seller. -
