I should have recognized this fraud. Guys do yourself a favor if you sent money file a charge back. I can assure you Mr. Miles will only get a portion, its his MO.

Send a SASE

If sending a ball get 2 bubble mailers one smaller than the other so the one fits inside the larger one. Bring to the PO and buy the postage for both.

Or they could ship themselves to the above address and send the money themselves. There is zero of a reason for a middle man, especially one who has a past.

Your past on several other forums and involvement in many other questionable endeavors speaks volumns.

I am sending my $$ to Brian as I see it as two fold..

One, it might help him clear his name and gain some respect back and also help John if he follows thru..

If he doesn't, then I'm only out a few $$ and Brian has lost his respect on here..

Things happen throughout our lives that poor decisions are made and you have to learn from those.. Hopefully he has learned from what he did, and is willing to move forward and do the right thing and become a respected member on FCB..

just my 2 cents..

Good idea! Maybe he can use some of the $ to help pay back some of the people he screwed over before his last eBay ID went NARU:

Once a scam artist, always a scam artist. For people that are going to send him money I think you should really check all the background info people are posting about him.

Sending the money directly means that Mr. Miles will get the money, and the OP will actually have accomplished what he set out to do.

To the OP, I have no idea what your intention is here, or the time or interest to read through all the posts. From pinbreaker's statement it appears that at least some would be willing to give you a second chance. If you would like to begin rebuilding your reputation I would try to figure out a way to show everyone that every penny paid gets to Mr. Miles. You may be able to do this by having John write some sort of thank-you to the boards (or to you) including the dollar amount that you raised for him through the program (so that people can see the numbers) or possibly by collecting the money and paying with a check which can be shown to be the amount you collected here. (Not sure if there is a way to fake either of these ideas, but the point is that if you are transparent, you'll be able to rebuild the reputation.)

Best of luck as regardless of what actually happens it appears that through the efforts a bunch of people will be able to get a pretty sweet autograph, and Mr. Miles will get some well deserved (and possibly needed) money.

If something like this were to happen, I will stay in the signing. If not, I would like to be removed from the list.

That is a good idea, i am more than willing to do that. i will have Mr. Miles write some sort of recognition including the money given to him.. The only motive i have in this is that i enjoy working with former players, and i know the funds raised would do nothing but help Mr. Miles.

"cookie" You say that you are a member in good standing here, and I am afraid that isn't true.

You are the same guy who used to post as "BrianHarper" and I can't allow you back on here in this manner.

I am sure you will re register under a different name and a different IP. I will just delete it when I find it or it is pointed out to me. I am sure you will trash me all over the internet like you tried to do Leon Luckey, and that is just fine as well.
