Has the hobby turned into gambling? Do you buy product looking to keep anything?
Not a gamble at all. Why just last night, a few of us opened a box of 2006 Bowman Draft at the shop in hopes of finding the mythical Longoria super. No way would I have sold that card if I pulled it... ... sadly, I pulled a Kasey Kiker gold refractor instead. Which I'm going to keep. -

There is also the non-auto spam - saw a few of those. And then the listings with autograph instead of auto. I wish more people would have looked into your suggestion that maybe not all 38 signed. Alas, I have counted at least 36 of them, so it appears that the number is at least close to that. -

I don't know - I thought it was the other way around because I sent in a few to Beckett for their 5-day turnaround/pay for 10-day special, and I got terrible grades. Then here I get 9.5s on my Topps Chrome autos (Castro, Kimbrel, Pineda), but only a 9 on my Kershaw, and I for sure thought the...- dp33

I think we can skip the "Is this guy selling fakes?" debate..
This is a point worth considering in my opinion. I might be inclined to buy one that somebody did right and that ends up looking way better than what Topps puts out there. Not endorsing the patch fakers, but I will say I don't have that much more trust in Topps that the jersey patch they put... -

2012 Bowman Blue wrapper redemption
You don't think they'll do it like the 2010 Topps Chrome redemption where you either get refractors or green refractors, but not a mix in the same pack? I would have guessed that so you have 1 in 20 chance of getting a red wave pack, and 1 in 25 of getting an auto pack.
