Sorry I didnt see where it said Ebay decided in the buyers favor. That is complete BS though. So you do everything right and Paypal finds in your favor. But then ebay gives you a big FU and says despite that, we are giving the money back to the buyer, not forcing him to return any product... -

Nope I am Canadian! Little tidbit though is that Americans are more than welcome in Cuba. Its the American govt that doesnt want you traveling there but there are simple ways around that to avoid getting in trouble! -

Silva changed his autograph at some point. Eventually Topps had some new ones and old ones and thus some of the same cards made it into the market with different looking autos. Both version will pass psa type authentication. Hope this helps.- JzWand
