Luis Tiant: Lost Son of Havana; Who has seen this?

I went to Cuba for 5 days earlier this month and when I got back I picked up the DVD about Luis Tiant from Amazon.

Has anyone else seen it?

What did you think?

I just watched it last night and I thought it was awesome.
Especially when they go into the square and everyone is debating baseball and the guy asks which cuban has the most major league wins and only one guy said Tiant!

Thats really how it is.

I had a couple conversations about baseball with a couple of the employees at the resort we stayed and its really interesting that they have no idea who does well or not since the media doesnt report anything on the guys who defect.

Nope I am Canadian!

Little tidbit though is that Americans are more than welcome in Cuba.

Its the American govt that doesnt want you traveling there but there are simple ways around that to avoid getting in trouble!

Dont bother with netflix as it isnt loaded up from what i can see.
Hence why i had to buy the actual dvd from amazon!
