How do you determine what cards to grade?
I've never submitted a card for grading, so I was curious how everyone else determines what card(s) should and shouldn't be graded. For instance, I can tell when a card is severely off center, but at what point does a card become sub-worthy? I assume most cards coming fresh out of packs are... -
