Why can't they stitch the patch to the card and seal the stitch on back and if one attempts to remove the seal the back of card gets ruined like a RIP card?

I opened it tonight. 2nd pack I got the Ultra Rare Albert Pujols. Pulled 2 Secret Rare Ichiro. Left side is Common. Center is Uncommon. Right side is Super Rare & Ultra Rare. Also, the checklist shows a T.Hoffman Uncommon when it is actually M.Ramirez.
I just received a sealed box of 2004 Upper Deck MLB Breakey Battle Packs. 40 packs per box and each pack has 5 Keys. Should I start ripping packs or keep box sealed?
Here is my PSA 9. I have 2 other non-graded corrected HTA stamped ones as well. It is possible someone could have found an HTA one that was missing the foil stamp.
Attached is Rich Klein's Beckett article regarding Pujols corrected version but it does not mention HTA stamped cards randomly found in blue factory sets.
