Why would you email them did it say some where on the case you'll get George Washington? Maybe if you tell UD that every redemption you get and sell to someone esle it turns into a major hit, they may see it your way and send something really nice like maybe a GW Bush LOL anyways sick pull on...
Just got hooked on the 1956 set so I'm off any running, I collect vintage for the same reason as mentioned above it's the history of the card wheres it been for the last 50 years who's held it in there hands how many miles has it traveled ect.
Collect graded scg / psa some gia are ok as well. I collect in the range of grade 5 to 6 sometimes you can find some graded 4 in great condition. Be careful and do the price research there are some sellers on ebay that are way over on there pricing and you'll figure out who they are quickly...

Great looking Mays you know since I started collecting vintage most of the graded 4,5 & 6's look great is it that vintage just grades low in general?

My biggest 56 pickup I spent all day debating on this it was either this one or a 56 Jackie Robinson PSA 6 the scan shows which one I decided on.
