Matt Harvey is Impressive so Far!
This guy was clearly underhyped and should have been brought up sooner. Congrats to those who stocked up earlier. My only concern was that he lost velo quickly around the 100 pitch mark. -

David Price Is Having a remarkable yet underrated season!
I watched his last start and he was 97-98 consistently. His numbers would be unbelievable if he pitched in the NL West. #1 sp in the game right now. -

Interesting Mat Latos Article (signing autographs).
I'm a big Latos fan, but he's always been a little weird about signing autographs. You don't typically hear other ballplayers complain as much as he does (mostly through his wife on twitter or her blog). The guy isn't exactly Jeter or Pujols in terms of requests. -

Couple of Big Latos Pickups
Thanks guys. I wasn't happy about the trade either although I think it will help his card values. The ballpark factor is not a big deal with his K rate and the Padres always had trouble scoring runs for him. Even our normally trusted bullpen seemed to cough up a lot of potential Latos W's... -

Thought my buying days were over after the trade, but I saw these 2 and went for them. I've been chasing a red for two years now and very rare where you can pick up the gem orange for the price of 8 raw chrome autos. I'm sure all the SF fans out there will enjoy. -

Arian Foster had a nice jump after last week. He only has one RC auto in an NFL uni (Bowman Sterling). Also, Eli Manning is starting to get a little more hobby appreciation. -

CUBS ACQUIRE ANTHONY RIZZO FOR ANDREW CASHNER!
Hate to rain on your parade Cubs fans, but Rizzo has a loooong swing. He really struggled with the Padres last year and his AAA numbers were inflated by PCL band boxes (especially Tucson). -

Centering 8.5? (Dom Brown)
If I were to guess, I think it is the top/bottom on the front. The picture looks a little low, leaving too much space on top. Should have been at least a 9 on centering. I think they try to avoid having 2 9s and 2 9.5s. -

I got a message from someone on ebay telling me how ridiculous I was to ask $100 for a card that only booked $55. The card sold the next day for $100. :D -

Jake Westbrook & Austin Kearns to a N.L. team for ?
I think Westbrook would be good addition for the Padres. The rotation has been pretty mediocre outside of Latos lately. Not sure if Kearns would be too much of an upgrade over the guys they already have (Cunningham/Denorfia/Venable/S. Hairston).
