I'm assuming this is his Bryce Harper's BC International Parallel?
I'm not positive but it appears to have the background of Grand Canyon National Park??
The seller has it listed as a SP or Super Rare Variation, but I think it's simply the first sighting of his international.
Hopefully the seller, hyping it this way in an attempt to get a bigger sale, isn't aware of the this IP at this point.
EDIT: With the insanity if the first BC going for $135, heck this seller might just pull in a couple hundred?!?! :?
