A little surprised they gave up Finnegan, he seemed very promising but makes sense to go all in this season

Way too much for the Royals to give up for a rental. Not to mention that he threw over 240 innings last season, which was just one of two seasons for him to pitch over 200 in his career. Not sure that speaks to a fresh arm in the playoffs, which I think the Royals had in what they gave up. Thumbs down here.

I think it's a good move for the Royals as long as Cueto stays healthy. They needed another starter.
