I have never been in below zero temperatures, let alone the weather that goes like that for months at a time. I think I would enjoy it though (as long as I had a fireplace).

Below zero for an extended period of time is something you can't adequately describe to someone. You have to experience it.

Boss pulled me aside today and told me he's going to have me sit with our CSRs and learn their jobs so I can fill in if they are off. Could also help communication and processes from customer and how things get done. Say they want their product relabeled, since I load and unload, I may be able to suggest a more efficient way to get it done or something similar. No pay raise, but boss said this will absolutely help me move up in the future.

Make sure any and all new duties and responsibilities, as well as any improvements you initiate are documented. This covers you in the event of a supervision change.

The speed issues were all template driven. The mobile site ignores those template settings so it's always been fast.
