03 Topps Heritage Grandstand Glory Relics...Question

I've had this since I pulled it from a blaster back in 03, but haven't seen any other green ones besides this, only tan (wooden) ones. Is this a variation like they did with the Bowman Draft prospect relics in times past? If so, how rare is this version compared to the others (approx. SV would be appreciated if you have an idea, too). The top scan is my card, the bottom an eBay pic. Thanks.

When you cut up stadium seats you get the middle wood and the outside wood. There really isn't any
gauge on how many of each.

I have several GGs with paint. Someday I'll actively look to trade out my plain ones for painted. I think they look pretty cool.
