no it wont be postponed. the people who i have not received from yet will not get their cards shipped until i get payment.

That is correct. im still debating whether i should just use random.org or draw a team from a hat and then draw a number from the hat. the number corresponding to your 1-30 on the list to assign teams.

Just use random.org and randomize the list like 5 times. Much faster and easier.
