Yes it is a base.
Numbered cards are the first 2-3 on the upper left in the photo.
Some had 3 cards numdered and so had only 2 cards numbered

I'm interested in the Belle. I think that is the Gold /99. I just got the /75 and /15 tonight for like $3 each on eBay. I am also probably going to win the Spiral which has like three of them ending tonight. I don't have that Gold though but let me know it is for sale and what the price is. I'm trying to knock out these stupid Teks like no ones business! Haha
