My observation is that Kevin Ollie is still in the league :o

I really had no idea he signed with the Thunder....it's really amazing to me that he is able to latch on every year with a team.....and not saying that to slight him, because I'm a Uconn fan - just as an undrafted player that went straight to the CBA, it seemed unlikely he'd make it to the NBA, much less begin his 13th season.

Jeff Green with 13 1st half points make me happy. Also happy to see Sean May healthy and less fat. he is starting over Hawes because the Kings have limited size and they need to spread it out

Sean Williams has yet to get into the game, but Josh Boone has. That pisses me off

And.....Ben Gordon is off 15 pts in his first 12 min. - another great move by Chicago. ::facepalm::

And yes I know 12 min's mean nothing in the big scheme of things.....but I'm still bitter because he was my favorite player

Granger is a beast and Al Horford is doing work on Roy Hibbert tonight.

Yeah, he's injured. His hamstring has been bothering him.

Will he be a starter by mid-season?

If they can get 15+ from him off the bench I don't see a reason to move him. I wonder if it will be like in Chicago...I don't think he minded most of the time because he'd still get 30+ min's and be finishing the game.

I actually hope he does well....as I said earlier I'm a Uconn fan, so even though he's gone from Chicago, he's still one of my favorites and I still don't understand all the hate he got here in Chicago....I still think keeping him would have been better than signing Deng.

Hawks win 120-109 8-)
Danny Granger was lights out during the first half and ended up with a pretty good game overall.
Roy Hibbert :?
Al Horford had a great game grabbing 16 rebounds and scoring 24 points, but most of it was against Hibbert.
I really like the Hawks' acquisition of Jamal Crawford. He can play both guard spots off the bench and Teague can come off the bench to play the point as well. Last year we only had Flip Murray to contribute off the bench for both guard spots, but now we have two guys that can help out.
Teague impressed me with his quickness and had 5 points (2-7 shooting, 1-1 3pt), 4 assists, and 3 rebounds in the 14 minutes that he played.

The Hawks have to do better defensively to win games. I mean, the Pacers had TWENTY-FIVE turnovers versus the Hawks' ten and the game was still very close until the end. The Pacers were very efficient shooting percentage wise minus T.J. Ford. Forcing 25 turnovers sounds like great defense, but even though the Pacers turned the ball over that many times, they still ended up with 109 points and both teams were tied during the 4th quarter at around 90-100 points.

Raptors 101 - Cavaliers 91
LeBron: 23pts, 11rebs, 12ast
Bosh: 21pts, 16rebs
Bargnani: 28pts, 5rebs

The Heat finally moved Michael Beasley to PF and they let him start there tonight. He's 9-14 with 21pts right now with 4 minutes left in the game.
