Overall I am fairly pleased. Certainly didn't kill it, but it was a ton of fun. I will get some scans up later. Thoughts?

Re: (9) box Elite Break - Pretty Pleased

Funny that you weren't pumped because this break = MUCH better than some of the other ones where people pulled far less but were more excited

nice job overall

I haven't done any research on prices, and with many of the prospects still being mysteries to me, I just didn't want to get too excited! Thanks for the feedback to you and Blanning! I was a little bummed to only hit one hot box out of 9, but that is what I get for buying loose wax I suppose.

Maybe I'm nuts, but I'm guessing you'll break even or show a small profit after fees if you move it all now.

That's gotta be what $900ish in wax? Looks like about $1050-1200 in resale. I know you like to rip and flip. Let us know how you make out!

Bill, I wish/hope you are right, but I am pretty sure I will be in the red. We shall see.

I have already sold the rose gu/auto, one chapman, the gibson elite auto /50, the brett jackson dual, and the paulsen gold auto.

You KILLED this IMO - you'll see what I mean when I post my two case breaks I've had so far lol

I'm breaking a third later tonight though so maybe that will make up for it **fingers crossed**

Total sales will be just under $700 without the fees being taken out. So once you figure shipping, fees, etc. About $650 back from $880 in wax....

Pretty rough considering all that thought I killed it. Don't get me wrong, I had a BLAST ripping them, and it was a load of fun and worth it. It is just sad that killing it is still losing 30%

Seems about right - I still feel like you did very well on your breaks. It seems like the average break, at the volume you broke, is going to have a much worse negative ROI than what you had at current market values.

Holy Cow! You didn't kill it... you got killed! Prices must be way down. I mean, I estimated after looking at a lot of completed items on ebay (no, i'm not some geek with nothing better to do, but rather, I'm not too familiar with the product this year and who's who, so I was using the completeds to get a sense of that in deciding whether or not to join a break and what teams would be good to get!). But, better than the ROI for I'll be getting on the $73 team break gamble I took that yielded Toronto and out of the case came 1 base auto and 1 non-auto gold status for hits. I think I might have to go further in the hole than the $73 to move those two, so I'll just keep em! LOL.

Of course, I'm sure I'll do more breaks though cuz I love punishment :) (but I'm not a geek! LOL).
