Totally agree.

Maybe like a fantasy draft, tell spots 1-16 they pick on X date, picks 17-32 pick the day after, picks 33-48 pick the next day and picks 49-64 pick the last day.

Then guys can just know that's their day to pick and to make themselves available? I don't know. Probably not a popular idea either lol

Not even close. If the first slot for 1 case was $400-450 then the first slot for 2 cases would be even more.
