Wow, guess your dealer mixed up some packs from different boxes, I think the reds are 1:100. I also pulled a WBC Red Ref of some guy from Chinese Taipei...some people I suppose really like 'em, but I was looking for a MLBer!

The WBC colored refs are kind of funny, the little colored band on the front of the card doesn't distinguish it much from the other variations.

One Whitesell RED REF just ended for $10 and another ended last week at $13 and change... You still killed the odds, though. :|
