17 18 hoops blister packs $10 at cvs?

I don't do basketball but saw like 10 blister packs at a cvs.

I know the insanity going on and just grabbed them and headed to the counter where they rung up at $10 each (they sell for $14 or so on ebay).

I assume these were hanging there for years OR are they newly repackaged considering the $10 cost?

There's no dust or damage on them to indicate shelf wear.

The vendors sometimes fine older packs and place them out. I've bought 2017 score football and other older packs/boxes at Walmart before.
