First of all, I got a steal for $20 and a shoebox of 1990-1991 base. I had to do it once I saw the first three guys I put on the list......

I'm thinking between 1968-1970

All sigs are in black pen and none are really faded at all

I used google to help me with first names if I could only get the last name and vice versa:

Ernie Banks
Billy Williams
Fergie Jenkins
Leo Durocher (coach?)
Johnny Collison
Jim Hickman
Glenn Beckert
Hank Aguirre
Phil Regan
Cleo James
Phil Gagliano
Joe Decker
Willie Smith
Ron Santo
J.C. Martin
Kenny Holtzman
Bill Hands
Randy Hundley
Jimmie Hall
Don Kessinger
Steve Barber
Verlon Walker (coach?)
Archie Reynolds
Jack Hiatt
Paul Popovich
Joe Decker

$20 for 26 sigs not bad eh? =]

my guess id 1970 but can any autograph or Cubs fan help me out with a year and a value?

The key guy is Hiatt, as he was only with the Cubs during the 1970 season.

On a personal note...Popovich was my Little League coach.

Great pick-up.

Sounds good. Hopefully they're real sigs and not pre-prints.
I'd be shocked it it was a pre-print simply due to the Verlon Walker signature.

It's common to have the manager...but not a coach.

Very good point. I only said that because I was given a box of '70s era Angels balls and the vast majority of either pre-print or clubhouse signatures.

These are definitely not pre prints, you can tell where the ink is inconsistent between the signatures and where it beaded up in some places.

Any one have an idea on value?

Probably in the $300-400 range.

Team signed balls aren't nearly as valuable as people think they are and if it wasn't the Cubs, I'd say around $200-250.

That's where I thought it would be....

If someone had three separate balls with banks on one, jenkins on one, and williams on the other, would it get more than this team ball?

Probably not. Banks is the only one of those three that sell for anything decent.

Personally, I really like team-signed balls.

Cool, I like the ball and it would be a bummer to sell it, especially since I just got it, but I might have to because I need a new Bat, the plastic on the end of mine started to crack slightly today. And then with the money left over, hopefully I could buy a Mariners team ball for my girlfriend (albeit, probably without ichiro's signature)
