I was curious if anyone had any memory of these from back in the day.

My first thought that these were stadium giveaways. I've had some feedback to support that. But there are two types of mugs. Ones with a clear handle and ones with white handles. From the players featured on both types and assuming that the players featured most likely were current or recent players I had estimated that the white handled mugs were most likely from 1985-1986 and the clear handled mugs were from 1987-1988 or so, since Dan Plesac has a mug and his first year with the team was 1987. Also some feature the WKTI FM logo. WKTI was a local Milwaukee radio station. It's also possible that the promotion stretched more than 2 years.

-Gorman Thomas
-Rollie Fingers
-Brewers Logo
The clear plastic handles
- Robin Yount
-Paul Molitor
-Cecil Cooper - WKTI
-Jim Gantner - WKTI
-Dan Plesac
If anyone remembers getting one of these at a game back in the 80's or you know of more examples with different players let me know. It's also possible that other teams might have offered similar things, but I have not seen any other Maxwell House mugs featuring other teams.
