That card is 100% fake -- it is one of several fakes that were offered by ebay seller jcalabria2012 (aka butherman2011) back in February. Ebay pulled most of his auctions, but at least a couple Griffey's sold BIN before that happened. The original seller/faker and his auctions were discussed on the CU forums on pages 10-11 of the thread here:

Correct. Lets see if we can get that seller to turn honest. Here's where the good buyer turned into bad seller. Ken Griffey Jr. 1990 Donruss Aqueous Test Issue/Promo Card Mint Card (#290674898898) Paid $65.

edit- sold apparently. Guess we'll have to wait and hope for fb.

I know its a fake but I am disappointed in Spikes2 for 1. buying it and 2. reselling it as an original...
Every Griffey collector knows he was not in the set and I assume every Aqueous collector knows also?

And I am still amazed that not one #189 Rob Dibble has shown up.

Are you sure Dibble has one? Remember, they either have the Aqueous Test or the Blue/White Test Issue, but not both.

This is not correct. Ozzie has both blue/white combo's and the Aqueous.

Double check on the Ozzie. Ozzie has 2 cards in 1990 Donruss, the All Star and the regular. As far as I've ever seen, no player has both within the same card. For example, All Star Aqueous and All Star Blue White. It is 1 or the other. Clark has a blue/white and an Aqueous as well, but they are from different cards, his regular and his all star.

On the Griffey, I'm guessing he bought it with the inexpensive BIN b/c it was hard to pass up, found out that it was bogus, and decided to sell it to the next victim. Scammed ebayers never want to be the final victim so flipping it to the next buyer didn't surprise me at all. If it was real, he would have never resold it, plain and simple.

Are you positive Griffey doesn't have either? I would have assumed he would. I've never seen one personally, just surprised he wouldn't.

He doesn't have an Aqueous card for sure. It was 2 sheets done and he wasn't on either sheet.
He doesn't have an All Star card so he wouldn't be in the Blue White set unless they did other cards
for that test?
