How is this working? I that the draft order was random, thus creating this list and the order the person picks.......And I see there is multiple cards of certain players So if someone goes for the Griffey cards and there is more then one. Do they get all the cards?

Check the 'Draft' section of the OP.
Rd 1: we choose draft position (the draft position may end up in that same order, but participants may be more interested in a team than a payer or may prefer picks 10, 11, & 30 over picks 1, 20, & 21, so I'm allowing a choice here).
Rd 2-4: we choose one card (two Griffey -> two people can draft a Griffey)
Rd 5: we choose a team to get the undrafted cards of that team

i'll update the draft board once my pc is fired up to help this all be a bit more clear.
