1990 Topps Frank Thomas

Can someone tell me what is going on with these two cards? Is it some sort of print/coloring error?

The one on the right is obviously different/less bright than the one on the left but otherwise I don't know what to tell you.

All I know is that Thomas card is famous for having a variation where the position isn't listed.

Card on left has an excessive amount of blue ink and the yellow plate is slightly offset. fairly common printing flaw

Yeah I think he does. That the only other variation I know of the card. The no name is expensive. Never seen one before.
