1995 Stadium Club Phone Cards

According to my old Beckett Annual (2005) there are 13 cards in the set and they came in 3 variations. Regular, Silver and Gold. Can anyone tell me what the 13 cards are? I can't find a checklist. Any info is appreciated!

1995 topps stadium club ring leaders phone cards:
An Interactive contest carrying through the "ring leaders insert card set theme featured randomly inserted phone cards picturing all-star game players rings. The 2 1/8 by 3 3/8 cards can be either reg. silver and also gold.If you used the card to make a long distant call, the card holder could find out if they were a winner or not.. The basic car winner would receive a set of the stadium club rig leader insert set. the silver winners got 13 different phone cards in all 3 versions. Gold card winners received the genuine all-star ring pictured on the card.approx. 217,000 cards were inserted into the program. They were in about 1 in 40 packs. silver was 1 in 237 packs and the gold 2,955 packs.cards with the 1988 and 1989 rings were not issued.If the # on the back is scratched off the value drops 50%

I just came accross a few of those going through an old box. I never knew you could win something otherwise i would have used them!

I was able to pick up the 18 that I wanted at a great price! I was looking for and found the regular, silver and gold for 1981, 1982, 1983, 1987, 1990 & 1991. I'm really curious why they didn't make cards for the 1988 & 1989 All-Star Game. I would have bought those also!
