1996 - 1997 Skybox Subset Question

I met a comic collector last night who is one of the pre-eminent Spiderman collectors in the Midwest. He does not collect cards but has an interest in a 1996 or 1997 Skybox Release that pictures football players with super-heroes.

He stated this subset was 20 cards and wanted to know the name of the subset.

I am the FIRST to admit I am not a football guy, and rarely post to the football boards on FCB. Anyone know the name of the set or have any other relevant information?

Is he sure that there was a football set? The only thing I can come up with is 1998 Skybox Dugout Axcess Superheroes (baseball). I didn't see anything like that from 1996/97/98 Skybox football cards. Hopefully somebody else can help you there.
