1996 Leaf Signature questions Tim Raines and Otis Nixon

I noticed this ebay auction and was wondering if it is legit or an aftermarket reprint, it's a 1996 Leaf Signarure Tim Raines Auto

Also if anyone can shed some more light on the 1996 Leaf signature Otis Nixon card. How many are supposedly out there? What is the approximate value of this card? I know they were not inserted into packs, does anyone know how they surfaced? Thanks,

The Otis Nixon card(s) were found in his abandoned storage locker someone bought believe by someone on this board. Couldn't tell you value or quantity but the guy that bought the locker could tell you quantity. My guess the Tim Raines is legit probably under similar circumstances or he cleaned out his desk and found them.
