Bubbling is not as dominant as scan may suggest. Willing to back the sale with my own guarantee that it is better in-person. I can also guarantee that the 1997 reprint are notorious for their bubbling (I've yet to see one without bubbling). I would just rather dodge the hassle of eBay.

Last one (I Saw) sold on ebay for 73.00,, Guess it is the Autograph is scratching off. I am interested but can pay over Market value.

Saw it. It was listed as the wrong year and I think the auto is in a bit worse condition (it's bubbled not scratched). If you have an offer, shoot it... but it won't be $73.
