1998 Skybox Super Raves /25

I think there is (or at least were) at least 2 potential set collectors for the 1998 Super Rave set. A couple of years ago, I got into a bidding war with them over a Super Rave Darrin Fletcher (yes I collect Darrin Fletcher which is why I was bidding). I bowed out at $200 (thought that would easily be enough to win) and I believe the card closed on ebay somewhere in the neighborhood of $250. Unfortunately, it was the only one that has come up in the last 3+ years, so I haven't had the opportunity to try to land another one. I think obtaining cards from this set is more about being in the "right place/right time". The only other one I own from the 1998 set is Kevin Appier and I think I got it for around $25.

I actually saw a John Valentin not sell for $4.99 + shipping right when ebay went to paypal only. I woulda picked it up..

for instance donruss red crusades, or hard to find cards like 93 refractors
