Does anyone know the scarcity of 1999 Bowman Chrome refractors? Specifically I've had a Sabathia RC refractor and am curious on the value.

Odds are 1:12 correct?

BC International refractors have a PR of 100 and seeded 1:76 in Series 1 and 1:50 for Series 2.......so roughly 400?

They aren't scarce in the least. They were 1:12 packs, and since boxes tend to be fairly inexpensive, there's no shortage of them out there. Sabathia ref books for $40, but would sell for a lot less. His base BC sell for less than half BV; everyone who has them is trying to sell them based on his alleged great pitching as a Yankee, ignoring the fact that he's a morbidly obese sack of crap who looks like someone put pinstripes on a big old Ford Explorer.
