Got some stuff I ordered from D&A. Really digging the free shipping after 50$.

2 free packs of 09 UD Series 1
Box of 2010 Bowman Draft
6 Hobby packs of 2010 Donruss Elite
(Really wanted to get a hobby box, but they were sold out)

2009 Upper Deck Series 1 - I got a bunch of base cards and some inserts, but I really didn’t expect anything.
Some of the damn cards had two thin indented lines running parallel on them. That’s my luck.
Here are some of the better cards:

2009 Upper Deck Series 1 Albert Pujols 343
2009 Upper Deck Series 1 James Parr RC 427
2009 Upper Deck Series 1 Alfredo Aceves 423
2009 Upper Deck Series 1 Pujols/Lee Rivals R3
2009 Upper Deck Series 1 Randy Johnson O-Pee-Chee OPC-44
2009 Upper Deck Series 1 Dennis Eckersley 20th Anniversary 486
2009 Upper Deck Series 1 Historic Firsts First African American Elected to US Presidency HF-1

I try to bust one hobby box of Bowman Draft every year.
06 Bowman Draft was the product that really pushed me into the more prospect side of the hobby.

I know no one gives a frack about the GREEN RC cards, but I’d like to share the better Green ones I got.

2010 Bowman Draft Starlin Castro RC BDP4
2010 Bowman Draft Madison Bumgarner RC BDP9
2010 Bowman Draft Mike Leake RC BDP19
2010 Bowman Draft Mike Stanton RC BDP30
2010 Bowman Draft Domonic Brown RC BDP70
2010 Bowman Draft Buster Posey Chrome RC BDP61

I got a bunch of USA cards. I am totally unfamiliar with all of these guys. It’s very weird seeing baseball cards with players around the same age as you. Weird stuff haha.

Base USA:
Billingsley, Brady, Bergman, Burr, Conyers, Green,
Lopes, Marin, Okey, Olson, Rodriguez, Seager, Travieso,

Chrome USA: Almora, Green, Olson, Rodriguez, Travieso

I’m not a fan of how players have autographed cards and then regular chrome cards. They should have filled those spots with players imo. I would rather have an autographed version instead of a regular chrome of the guy. I’m totally unfamiliar with the prospect guys in this. Usually I’m somewhat up to it, but this year I’m off. Mr. Tago seems like a stud no? All scratches on smudges are on my crappy scanner not any of the bowman cards.
Ok here are the bad “hits” Kinda blah but there are worse autos in the set I guess.

2010 Bowman Draft Colin Curtis Refractor RC BDP6
2010 Bowman Draft Mike Leake Blue RC BDP19 /399
2010 Bowman Draft Cole Billingsley Blue USA BDPP58 /399
2010 Bowman Draft Justin O’Conner Refractor 1st Year
2010 Bowman Draft Delino DeShields Autograph BDPP83

Now with 2010 Elite there are 20 packs per box and 6 autographs per box.
I bought 6 Hobby Packs and pulled:

2010 Donruss Elite Extra Edition Mike Olt Elite Series 18
2010 Donruss Elite Extra Edition Zack Cox Elite Series 14
2010 Donruss Elite Extra Edition Tyrell Jenkins Aspirations Parallel /200
2010 Donruss Elite Extra Edition Brody Colvin Autograph /819
2010 Donruss Elite Extra Edition Mike Antonio Franchise Futures Autograph /99

I’m pretty happy with the two autographs. Colvin seems alright and Antonio I’m kinda clueless on.
There are not a lot of elite autos of Antonio on ebay?

How bad did I do?

Thanks for reading!

Back in the day the wife loved the name Delino DeSheilds when he played from the Cubs so now she is like is that his kid.
Of course I told her, would anyone else have that name and not be related to him

I got the older DeShields TTM awhile ago so it was kinda weird to pull an autograph of his son
