You also run the risk of idiots not paying. The likeliness of that happening is compounded greatly in these situations.

i'm crying right now... if i had been prospecting 08-09 at the level I was back in 03-06... well, I'd be on my way to mexico right now, for a month, probably on my own private island. as it was, I bought only one Heyward Elite in early 08... for about $27 I think... and sold it for about $45 last year...
