(2) 2010 BOWMAN HOBBY BOX BREAK

Hey guys,

Was set up at the Mansfield, MA show on Sunday. It was sllllllllllllllllllllllllloooowww, so me and a dealer friend decided to rip some 2010 Bowman. First, prices were crazy! Boxes of jumbo were priced at 175/box, and only one dealer had them. Hobby were 80 and 90, and only 2 dealers had them. And only a couple of dealers had singles, and Strasburg chrome were at 25, Harper chrome at 20 and Harper Refractors at 40.

So we got four boxes at $300, two each. He handed me my two boxes. (In his two, he got nada, think the best was a Dustin Richardson chrome auto and a Strasburg chrome base)

In my two boxes, first box yielded a Jose Iglesias Gold auto /50; the second box, I pulled a red refractor auto #/5 of Julio Teahern! In the two boxes, also pulled a Brandon Allen auto, Strasburg base, Pedro Florimon blue refractor, and base chrome of Castro and Tate. Not bad at all!

No doubt! I had been talking to him all morning about opening some Bowman, but the prices were so damn high! When we were able to get 4 boxes at $75 each, we went for it. Definitely made up for the slow show, especially after I sold both of them this week!
