2 quick grading questions...please help

I have a 2002 Bowman Chrome Gold Refractor with a Raw Card Review grade of 9.5 and want to send it in to get slabbed. first off I know the RCR grade is made in a hurry and doesn't get inspected as thoroughly as cards that are sent to BGS but do the grades usaually end up being the same? secondly when I send it to BGS can I leave it in the RCR sleeve?
