What a bummer, a customer just busted a box of 2000 Finest Football Jumbos & pulled this:

It says 10 were inserted into the product. What do you think this would have brought back then?

Wow, that sucks, but who knows, they may still be able to get it even though it's expired.

For a nice card like that I would tell the customer to go ahead and send it to Topps. They might not give him what was guaranteed on the redemption but they could - if he/she talks to the right representative - give a replacement.

I would have them call up Topps to see what they can do. As well, sometimes rare redmeptions such as this one can pull some nice coin on ebay.
