2004 Donruss Orange County

Could anyone give me some info on these cards? I've had it on my Lew Ford checklist and rarely saw them for sale. I just bought one on the Beckett Marketplace and when I received it I was surprised that it was numbered to 5 (my checklist didn't list this).
It has an embossed seal on the front of the card but it's hard to read.

I've been living in a van down by the river....

Seriously, my collecting has slowed to a crawl, a normal ebb and flow for me. I check Ebay for Lew Ford cards, post on Facebook, and lurk here at times, my family who accept my OCD with "man crushes" for baseball players on cardboard.
