2005-07 Merrick Mint Colorized Quarters and Cards

These have been very difficult items to checklist because they are not identified by year, but seem to be in the time period from 2005-2007. I am aware of three different variations of cards, one with a white background on the front, another with a green background on the front and a third with a blue background on the front. (I have not found very many of the blue)

The cards were packaged with a card and quarter together and I believe the same quarters were used across multiple years and cards variations, except when a player changed teams (see Sammy Sosa as an example).

If you know of any others that are not on this list or have any other information on these sets, I'd be interested in what you know.
