I have a couple of 2005 Bowman Chrome Green Refractors (cards #d/225). All of the Green Refractors from the year came in their own sealed case. The cases that my 2 Green refractors are in are very very scratched up. I would like to pop the cards out and put them in better cases. My question is... Do you Chrome experts think that removing them from their original casing will deminish the value? Thanks in advance for your answers!

The only way that the value wouldn't be diminished is if they were in a PSA/BGS case. Otherwise, it is assumed you popped them out of their thepit.com case, attempted to grade them, and they didn't meet the grade you wanted.

this may sound funny but try a little toothpaste on it . this works / worked on some cars paint jobs - older cars worked fine . try on another case first

I bought a Kinsler green a couple years a go that was graded an 8. I busted it out and sold it raw and did real well.
