haha, yea. He's pretty much a guaranteed $5+ through his 3 green chromes that should come in the case. I'm done with my picks until 52 or something like that so good luck with the draft, Im not sure if I'll be online or not

Speaking for myself (& my tactic's in this draft), I am going with "possible" SV. I look at the SV's along with production of the prospect's & thier situation's as this calculates into thier future worth/SV. I initially thought Hagadone may have been a "reach" but given the SV's of recent Blue Ref auto's, I don't think so as much anymore. I thought about Mills but...I'll just put it this way, I'm not a believer! :D The only real struggle I had was between Burgess/Revere/Hagadone/with a sprinkle of Lambo in there, & then it went to just Hagadone & Revere (in which I figured I'd shoot for a Red Sox prospect that has a huge upside/ceiling, over Revere whom is buried behind A.Hicks & really has no power).
Anyhow, this is my 2nd group break but I already know that when I bust product (when I used to) that I set my "want's" on the bigger hit's ("Go BIG or Go Home")! :lol: So in a group case break like this one, IMO I don't see the point in picking a player that I can "settle" for if I have the opportunity to snag a player whom can really "light it up" if I hit it big (see what I'm saying?)...I'd rather not "play it safe" when I'm gambling, as that's basically what we're doing here- gambling. :D
Not sure if it made sense or not but I like that people are acquiring player's that they like (of course to some these pick's may seem odd/crappy & they may think to themselves: "what were they thinking?". But then again, the member's whom you think have "reached" in this draft may be looking at your decision's/choice's & thinking the exact same thing...."What were they thinking?" :lol:

I agree with just about everything you said!! Good points. I have gone with two base guys so far, and am still hoping that i will have some shot at autos that I want in my next couple of picks... we shall see.

When is the draft tonight? I know who I am going to take after xcantgobackx picks their spot. Also are you going to keep a list of who is available during the draft tonight?

My bad bro, I had typed in Luebke & Upton first & then remembered Savery won again today (10-1 now) & that made me check Upton's SV for 07 Chrome (Yuck) :lol: I immediately swapped Upton's selection with Savery's (although I get that you could receive 3 or so Upton Chrome's, that doesn't account for $10 smacker's, & I figured Savery should be increasing in SV once everyone sees the 10-1 ....as I know the "W" column doesn't mean much, but the sheep don't seem to know that)!!! :lol:

The auto picks are nice unless you do not get an auto, hopefully two mills get stuck together like with the other guy last break.
