Are you looking to do it yourself or get it professionally done? Also do you want the cards in holders (top loaders, one touches etc.) in the frame or just loose?

I want the cards in top loaders and I think I would be better off having it done professionally. I will be checking with some local framing shops in the next few weeks to get an idea on some prices.
