2008 & 2009 A&G Box Break (one each)

I couldn’t decide on whether to get a 2008 or a 2009 box of Allen & Ginters, so I got one of each.

Of the two, I prefer the 2008. I believe they look nice and the historical cards are better than those in the 2009 set.

Neither set serial numbered their mini cards or the mini black border cards.

or the last few days for that matter.

Not to be an ass, but if Longoria is the most expensive auto in 09 Ginter I'm gonna stop busting it.

Its hard to judge by one box but I have ripped pleny of this years and 08. 2009 blows last years
out of the water as far as value. It really isn't even close, topps got their *hit together and put
a great product out. 2008 had 3-5 autos per case and most of the time 1-2 of them were
"Brian Bannister" type players. Now guys are pulling 6-8 autos per case, sometimes two
per box and pulling autos of guys like Longoria and Bruce...much better!
