This product is a crapshoot to begin with Unless you hit a Porcello parllalel or a few of the big autos. Not to mention ive seen numerous green cases which would have made this horrid. Based on my 5 cases and the last team break i conducted and watching other breaks on here i would give this break a strong C+
Yes i agree to many phillies but 6 blue refs with 5 prospect blue refs 2 of them autos. 2 Aflac autos, Brandon Crawford orange ref and he is a good prospect. And when it comes to a team break you want a good mix of everthing so everyone gets something.

that break wasn't that bad at all. I mean you hit the Posey blue auto, two aflac autos, a press plate. Yea, it could have been better but as Mox said, the base set is pretty much useless unless you hit a Porcello. Its why I prefer 07 to 08.

In the two cases I broke of 08, i hit no Porcello, no Beckham, a base stanton, a base montero, and a posey blue. If you dont hit a big name in your xfractor+ auto, and don't hit at least a base of stanton/beckham/posey/montero, you are screwed

agreed...the price of the cases are getting insane now...at least some of us used the live discount to pick up a few cases for under $500 back when it released but i think at the current price, too risky...

i agree, with the weak base checklist its not worth the gamble. 07 BDP is still the best buy. I dont plan on doing anymore 08 BDP.

I picked up both of my cases for right around 425 after the live discount
But i think this just makes 07 an even better deal. Cases are going for under $600 dlvd, below original release. Yea, the autos are very lackluster, but the base set is just insane. If live gets back to 20+ (At 9% now) i'll probably jump on 2 more cases.
And the only reason i like seeing 08 busted is for the players in my sig, and even with them there are only a few more cards i need, preferably the Raben/Tekotte red refs and supers
