I also found it very odd that it is the 3rd-highest BV card of those listed; exceeded only by Strasburg and the BTL Jeter. And it is a political card.
As I said, being out of the hobby for a while, I wondered why a non-baseball card in a baseball release would list for so high. Then again, I also pulled an O.J. Mayo Status Auto (3/5) from 2008 DEEE and asked why a basketball player was in that release....this seems to be the trend, I imagine, for companies that cannot secure an actual license.
