Just because those last five players are rare doesn't mean the cards will be as well. When 2007 Topps Sterling came out people were happy to pull the Mantle box, but unless you got a patch or auto they didn't sell for that much. Even the Mantle cards with six pieces of game-used material could be had for about $150. Ruth would sell for more than that, but the others aren't as popular as Mantle and would probably sell for less. No matter your decision to break or sell, you should decide quick before there are too many on Ebay for buyers to choose from.

I am listing them tonight.
I love hearing all the peanut gallery trying to convince me to bust them. They are worth more sealed but I do hope whoever buys them will pull something nice. I will still make money.

People on a box break board wanting to see boxes broke? You don't say!

I would have sold enough to make my money back and broke the rest. Hope your auctions do well though.

Hope it doesn't hurt too much when the person you sell the Ruth to thanks you for selling him a cut auto.

LOL, I think there's gonna be a huge Ruth card, and we're gonna look back at this and say " shoulda ripped it " !

Honestly, if you really want to give the Ruth away, you're giving away a once-in a lifetime experience.

Take a deep breath.... and rip the Ruth and THEN sell or keep the cut.

Glad I'm not a peanut!! ;)

But with that attitude, I hope there is a RUTH Cut AND a COBB Cut.
Then you can hate on the gallery in the BOX BREAK BOARDS even more so!

BTW, you should just post the one box break you did, I don't appreciate you calling us *peanut* either.
